THE

DIGITAL
POWER
COHORT
LAUNCHING FEBRUARY
Now is the time to get on the same page and show your community what you’re here to do.
Whether you run a community program, lead an advocacy campaign, or represent people in public office, your digital presence is now part of how trust, turnout, and resources are built.
Why a Cohort?
Community organizations, advocacy groups, and elected officials are facing the same digital reality:
Algorithms change overnight.
Platforms keep shifting.
Audiences expect transparency, consistency, and leadership.
At the same time, every type of organization operates under different rules, risks, and responsibilities—from 501(c)(3) compliance to advocacy limits to the public accountability of elected office.
That’s where the Full Stop Digital Power Cohort comes in.
This cohort is designed to help service-focused community organizations, advocacy organizations, and elected official teams build digital systems that are:
-
Strategic
-
Sustainable
-
And appropriate for their legal and political context
so you can communicate clearly, grow trust, and mobilize people without chaos or compliance anxiety.
Who This Cohort Is For
This cohort serves three types of teams:
Community Organizations (501c3, non-advocacy)
Service-based, nonprofit organizations focused on programs, education, and direct support.
Advocacy Organizations (501c3 & 501c4)
Organizations that engage in issue advocacy, public education, and legislative or electoral work.
Elected Officials & Staff
Official offices, campaign-adjacent teams, and communications staff managing public-facing accounts.
Applicants will identify which group they belong to in the application and will be placed in the appropriate cohort room or on the waitlist to ensure alignment, compliance, and the quality of training.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Hi! I'm Crystal Greer, the co-founder and CEO of Full Stop Communications. I'm an award-winning communications and marketing professional for progressive movements, with 10+ years of experience, including my tenure as Communications Director of the NAACP State Conference of Georgia, before starting my own boutique PR firm in 2020 and working as a consultant and copywriter for progressive organizations across the country.

In 2021, I co-founded a state-based voting rights organization to fight back against Georgia's restrictive voting law, SB 202. My work as Director of Programs and Media helped our organization raise over a quarter of a million dollars in funding in three years, which we reinvested in the community to fund phone and text banks, canvasser training, mutual aid, and civic engagement events during the 2022 and 2024 elections.

My success led to my Democracy Hero Award in 2024, presented by the Rockefeller Foundation, Iamavoter., HeadCount, and MSNBC's Morning Joe, along with other Democracy Heroes such as LaTosha Brown of Black Voters Matter and Stephen Kerr of the Golden State Warriors. Today, I carry that badge with honor, with an esteemed mission to move forward and make a change with the leaders who make it happen.
Imani Butler, Program Coordinator
“You will be challenged, but you will learn so much and receive a lot of support from the Full Stop team along the way."

India Cade, Executive Director
"It’s worth it. The Full Stop team actually takes the time to teach us how to show up on social media as an organization and as myself, who wears all of the hats."

Daniela Racines, Communications Administrator
“These sessions have given me the tools to better organize my time and work.”
