Your 21-Day Path to Election Day Starts Here

Whether you are mobilizing voters around the issues or running a campaign, you need more than content ideas. You need a plan that makes every post, conversation, event, and call to action work together.

The final 21 days before Election Day are not the time to wonder what to post.

The GOTV Sprint gives you the strategy, structure, and hands-on support to use Instagram as a digital organizing tool—so you can educate voters, build momentum around the issues, and move your community from scrolling to taking action.

Inside The GOTV Sprint, you will get:

  • 2 bonus webinar recordings to help you prepare before Day 1
  • A complete GOTV toolkit (Social Media 101) and 21-day playbook
  • Your choice of an Advocacy Organization or Candidate & Campaign Team track
  • A Monday live workshop each week to teach that week's theme
  • A Tuesday content-batching session each week to film, build, and schedule everything together
  • Two office hours each week, feedback, and a community of people doing the work alongside you
  • A content system built to help you grow engagement, strengthen trust, and inspire real-world action

Before the Sprint: Build Your Foundation

You will get access to the GOTV Toolkit and 2 bonus webinar recordings before the sprint begins—so you can enter the final 21 days prepared and confident.

Webinar Day 1: Why GOTV Content Burns Organizers Out

Learn the anti-burnout system behind the Sprint and the 3-week arc that connects your message, your audience, your local election dates, and your calls to action.

Webinar Day 2: Turn Instagram Into a Digital Organizing Tool

Watch a live demo of a real batch session—see exactly how a week of content gets planned, filmed, and scheduled in one sitting—plus the full Sprint offer.

You will also prepare your state-specific election-deadline tracker, content calendar, Instagram bio, link pathway, and core campaign message.

Before the sprint officially begins, you will define who you need to reach, what they need to know, and the action you need them to take.

You will have:

  • A focused target audience and message
  • Verified state and local election deadlines
  • A clear content calendar
  • A stronger Instagram bio and call-to-action pathway
  • A repeatable workflow for turning comments and DMs into meaningful engagement

Week 1 (Days 1–7): Build the Narrative

Your first job is to make this election feel relevant, urgent, and personal. You will create content that introduces the issues, values, and community stories driving your work—while establishing Election Day as the deadline your audience cannot ignore.

Content you will create:

  • A talking-to-camera video on why you are not sitting this election out
  • B-roll with text connecting midterm decisions to daily life
  • A carousel on what's actually on the ballot—and what each local office controls
  • A low-lift trend adapted to make the stakes feel real and current
  • A key-dates infographic: early voting window, ID rules, Election Day hours
  • Posts that invite voters into the conversation

Advocacy Organization Track: Connect local issues to civic participation and help voters understand why their voice matters.

Candidate & Campaign Team Track: Clarify your values, priorities, and connection to the community through campaign-trail content, issue positions, and real conversations with voters.

Week 2 (Days 8–14): Educate and Nurture

People cannot act on information they do not understand. This week removes confusion and gives your audience the practical information they need to make a voting plan.

Content you will create:

  • Carousels on registering to vote, voting by mail, and early voting
  • "Make your voting plan" posts
  • State-specific deadline reminders
  • FAQ content answering real comments and DMs
  • Talking-to-camera videos that bust voting myths and address misinformation

Advocacy Organization Track: Give voters clear, accessible voting information and encourage them to check registration, understand their options, and make a plan.

Candidate & Campaign Team Track: Pair voter education with campaign clarity. Answer community questions, share your priorities, and invite supporters to volunteer, donate, attend events, and spread the word.

Week 3 (Days 15–21): Convert to the Polls

This is where content becomes organizing. You will help people decide when, where, and how they will vote—and invite supporters to become active messengers in their own networks.

Content you will create:

  • Voting-plan checklists and carousels
  • An Election Day checklist: ID, hours, polling place, what to do if there's a problem
  • Countdown graphics for early voting and Election Day
  • Field updates from canvasses, phone banks, rallies, and events
  • Direct-to-camera videos that address misinformation and emerging narratives
  • Volunteer, donation, and event calls to action
  • Friend-to-friend sharing prompts ("tag 3 people who need to vote Tuesday")

Advocacy Organization Track: Activate volunteers, trusted messengers, and community members to share accurate voting information and help neighbors prepare to vote.

Candidate & Campaign Team Track: Bring voters into the campaign through field moments, events, debates, volunteer activity, and direct invitations to participate.
